Only the home page loads; movies simply do not load; even the help page only comes up as text, without proper format and without any graphics. Any other operation (rating, seeing info pop ups) is not functional.

Experiencing the same problem. Home page loads. Uninstalled Silverlight then re-installed it. Removed cookies, history, etc. Continues to not load with generic error page.
