loads to 99% or 100% and then doesn't start movie

I watch Netflix on my android phone. I started having problems on Monday 14th. I can get on Netflix. I have the Netflix app. And once I click on what I want to watch it won't load. It will try but for hrs just will be loading. Went to Netflix via website & it says Netflix is experiencing technical difficulties. This is day 3 without netflix. Any idea when issues will be fixed? I have deleted app and reloaded. I have went to settings and cleared all data. Nothing has foxed my.issues. pls help
