cant watch netflix on my tv's today, not even my desktop, very disappointed!!!

Last night (2/15/13) around 7:30 while watching a Netflix movie on the kids Netflix the movie stopped displaying static and has been locked in this position all night. We can't even cut off the Wii or get Netflix back to the main menu. What's up?
