all screens are blank

since the 3rd week in april I have been unable to access all movies --some times I have three choices of movies -- mostly there is a blank screen to the point I can not even change passwords...this is at my ip address...when I went to my daughter's house I was able to log in there at her ip address and get on, change my paswword for Netflix and view all the selections. I called and talked with your technitions and they blamed my internet connection, but this is the same service I have had all the time I have been a customer with Netflix...I believe it is the settings for 4 screens that is blocking any screen...the only change there has been in services; what else could it be?
