Ebay  is  ever more sluggish ; with critical  seller & buyer  features taking a great  amount of time  to access;

most likely  due  to change  in mgmt's  focus  on advertising revenues that require  loading  of more and more pictures and

graphics - leading to  a deteriation   of  the company initital  focus  of being an on-line  marketplace.
