When either creating a completely new listing or using sell similar the page will load but you cannot do anything on the page, i.e. you cannot add photos, change category or add info. Basically you cannot list anything right now

Same issues as noted above. Trying to list brand new and/or via the 'sell similar' options lead to pages where you can only edit basic text and not much else. No photo editing. Pre defined text HTML that usually shows up in format is showing up in raw HTML in the description box.
