Can't view cart or make purchase

It's been like this for a week. I can go anywhere on the site, including my personal info (bank info, cc info), but will not let me view my cart or check out. I can add to the cart and it shows how many items I have, but can't see what I have. In the address bar, the padlock has an 'x' on it and a diagnol red line is across the https. It just takes me to a page that says 'Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to. What would you like to do?' I cleared my cache and all my cookies, restarted my computer, among other things. Nothing will work!
