No Email

I've been using a hospital guest network for email for years without problems. Yesterday I started having problems receiving my comcast emails, but receive emails for my Exchange account without issues. This is the error message I get.
Task 'myemail@comcast.net - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
