white screen pops up and says site has been block

Any search of craigslist results in a white screen and the text..."This IP has been automatically blocked.
If you have questions, please email: blocks-b1421709686275231@craigslist.org." The email yeilds no reply. been this way for nearly a week now. Any Ideas????????
