Im using Chrome and the website is still down

I have been trying since the 15th on my google chrome and I even went in to the branch and had my personal banker try from her workstation and it was down in the actual wells fargo bank as well. I cannot email customer service without setting up an online ID which it will not allow me to do. Do you have an ETA of when the site will be up again? I am seriously considering closing my new account because of this display of unprofessionalism and lack of urgency to address customer issues.
