Unable to get email for several days

About a week after I moved and had my service switched to my new home my email stopped working on all my devices (about Jan 10th, 2015). My internet is still working, but I can't even login on the comcast webmail thing. Similarly, my comcast home camera has also stopped working today. Nobody on the support chat or over the phone has resolved this problem...Sounds like it isn't just me.
