couldn't load labeling and print labels

Ebay is sucking now. I have a customer needs the item desperately, but I just couldn't print the shipping label.
Ebay judge sellers performance based on how quick seller can print labels and ship items out, but if we couldn't print shipping labels how can we do better performance?!
