One of three pop accounts won't connect

Running Win7-32 and T-bird 24.8

One of three @comcast.net pop acounts will not connect through T-bird. When I try to log in to each account separately through the comcast website, the same account that does not connect from the email client does not allow me to log in from the website as well, instead showing a message that I need high speed internet to connect to it (I use the older Motorola Surfboard modem)

This problem has been going on for about four days.
