Cannot Log In to Chase.com

Have been trying for two days to log-in to Chase.com.
User ID & Password are correct but once I try to log in - NOTHING HAPPENS !!!
Have let it sit for hours & again NOTHING!
Just want to make a payment - Guess Snail Mail & the Costly Processing Charges Chase Bank pays will have to suffice.
