All Titles Having Trouble Playing

Issue keeps popping up on our Smart TV Netflix app. "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title." Have changed to about 30 different movies/shows and still getting same error. Have reset router logged in and out of app - still nothing. Please assist!
