email problems with laptop, phone and work server

Comcast made a change this weekend wih migrating to outlook 2010 - it totaly shut down my email and we havent been able to connect since midnight on 12/12 - spoke to them 3x now and they have raised the problem to critical... we can access their portal but not the exchange server as it does not reccognize any of emails...
