A prospective buyer in Florida contacted me to say they are trying to buy my item (I am in Arizona). They get an Ebay error message that says my item is not set up to ship to Florida. The Ebay CS, who seem to have trouble speaking English, confirm that there is some type of Ebay site problem but don't know what to do about it.
