Signing On & Mail Problems - Tech Support Denies It's an AOL Problem

Geez, I'm glad I found this website.  Didn't even know it existed before.

Been having AOL mail problems for several weeks now (ie. not all inbox mail loads, mail in Spam folder cannot be deleted nor allowed to come through to my inbox, etc., etc.).  Mail that should have come through to my inbox hasn't been there, nor in my Spam folder.  It's just nowhere!  Email addys aren't in my Address Book that should be there, and on and on.....

For the last 3 days, when trying to sign on using some of the access numbers I've used for years with no problems...I get the message, "AOL could not establish a connection" repeatedly.  Tried discussing with Tech Support by phone last night, and was treated like a moron.  When I explained this only started happening recently, my computer has NO problems, viruses, no changes made to it recently, etc., I was ignored and asked the usual: Did you clear your cookies and temp. internet files?  What version of AOL are you using?  What version of Windows? etc., etc. 

It's just getting beyond ridiculous with AOL!
