Wasn't able to send email yesterday on any device/app. Contacted them through Live Chat today, and now can't receive email. Logged off (to reset) and now can't log on either! Trying to sign in to Live Chat and no analysts respond, no matter what device I use.

I'm in the middle of trying to buy a condo, so this is the worst possible timing. May have to abandon Xfinity email if they can't help afters hours and hours of waiting and hoping. 

This is the worst kind of unreliability and lack of customer service. If the email gets dropped by them why should I pay to have their internet, cable and voice too?
