DVR-BOX FROZEN/ X1 Cannot Change Channels

Have had problems all day. Xfinity TV freezes and unable to change channels. Have to Reboot to un-freeze then just freezes up after 5-10 mins. Same with DVR... Stuck playing. Need to pull the power again..
