cant change channels, delay in fast forward and play - horrible service today

Trying to watch football. Remote refuses to interact with the X1 box. This has been an issue since we had it installed a month ago. DVR doesn't record when it should. Constantly having to reset the boxes. Not sure what is going on with Comcast but as a cable conglomerate and no other choices i expect far more than this for what we pay.
