Can't log into email or my account on comcast.com

I haven't changed my username or password and it's telling me that they don't match.  I'm usually logged in continuously on my mobile app as well but I checked it and it's also wanting me to log in again (never does that).  I've got a live internet connection, so I know the service itself isn't down.  What's going on with the email and account logon pages?  I don't want to try to reset the password since I'm seeing others with this issue happening today on this board and they're saying they're getting errors if they try to reset their passwords (site says it doesn't recoginze the account).
