Still getting just a white screen for over a week now!!

This only happens on my laptop, I can us my desktop or my iphone and it works fine. I try to open wallmart or target and all I get is a white screen!! I have made sure that windows is up to date, I have run antivirus and that doesn't seem to be the problem.
