can't log in for a week

I reach either a blank page or an error page when trying to log into my online account, I've tried calling and got a horrible rude man who told me nothing, I have sent email but they just sens computerized email back, no answer or response from walmart on this problem my server is not the problem-they actually talked to me on the phone to make sure it wasn't them!
