Can't Login; won't recognize email or ID and or passcode

i use the latest iOS UPDATE of the eBay app and after the first use and attempt to reboot ghe app a day later it has failed to recognize me even after a passcode change. No PC just iPhone for use so this is a Colossal pain and Inconvenience.
FAIL!
