billing for labels is timing out. 

i have a label for canada/international.  it's in my shopping cart, but i'm unable to pay for it.  when i click on 'billing information' button i get a 'timeout error.  please refresh and try again'.  tried it 15 times.  even deleted label, closed explorer and tried again from scratch.  same error.
