USPS Click and Ship for International Not Working as of 9'14 to now

I spent many frustrating hours trying to use the USPS Click and Ship site on Sunday and again on Monday. I spoke to agents at "Ask USPS" on Monday and they couldn't help. Here's the thing, I could use C and S to ship a first class international package at an inexpensive rate and have tracking for free, but only if completed on line through click and ship, not available at the bricks and mortar post office. This would be the difference between paying $13.00 vs. $24.00. After a big run around with "ask" I was given a number to call at C and S. At this point I was on the phone with USPS for over 2 1/2 hours. The woman and C and S pulled up the site so that we could walk through filling in the required info together. Guess what? She got the same errors as me. She filed a case number for me. I received an email from USPS today about the case number, It didn't say anything aroubt CLICK AND SHIP NOT WORKING. It just gave me info about how to fill in a form! I checked back again today to ship first class international with the free tracking and guess what - CLICK AND SHIP IS NOT WORKING. This went on for several months this summer with USPS claimiing that they fixed the site when is was still no working. They are offering discounts and special services on line that make it much cheaper to ship but the site isn't working so people are forced to go to the physical post office where the tellers know even less than the people answering the phones. Lots of misinofrmation was given to me with every person that I spoke to. SOMEONE AT USPS, FIX CLICK AND SHIP INTERNATIONAL!
