Click and Ship online not accepting any kind of payment

I have had problems for over a week with the USPS click and ship website. I keep getting a message stating "Unable to prcoess this type of payment." I have used 3 credit cards and paypal and get the same error message with all 3. I sent an email to USPS and got a general answer about clearing cookies. I have contacted credit card companies and was told by all of them the problem is with USPS and not my cards. Clearing cookies, using different browsers has not fixed the issue. I believe there is tech probelms with USPS site.
