U-verse webpage error

Access to U-verse voice feature such as call log is denied and I was transfered to "IBM Intercept Page" where I was asked to login again. What is going on? URL showed that my user id is (my email address)@slid.dum. What is "slid.dum" after my real user id?
It looks like U-verse web site is hacked.
