Unable to receive email

My business account (comcastbiz.net) has not received email for 3 days on the machine that is running Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1 platform.  My other computer, running Outlook 2010 on Windows XP is having no problems.

Also cannot recieve emails on android phone.
