Print label with postage page is messed up

The "Print label with postage" page is crude, like what the software programmer would see when working on the website.
I can't seem to work with this. Shipping is down for my business until this problem is fixed. I experienced this problem yesterday (7-16-14). Now, today (7-17-14), the problem is still there! That is a long time for a crucial website to be down.
