Click n ship not working on firefox. On chrome and internet explorer it works, but when i go to select regional rate for the shipping, it is not an option. I had to go to the post office wait in line and was charged a higher rate. they claim they cannot override the system to adjust the price to online pricing. Why do i have to pay more for your site being down. I have to ship orders to my customers and I have to pay more and waste time. Get it fixed!
