I don't think these site problems can be characterized as 'unexpected' any more. This is ridiculous. I've come to expect mediocrity from their terrible UX, but now must expect that at the end of the day, when I have 15-20 labels to print before schlepping up to the post office I will sit down, log-in, and fiddle with trying to get the site to work... only to find.... it doesn't work.
