certain episode of one show won't load

July 9, 10, 11 - We have attempted to watch "Strange Mercies" (episode 4 of Island at War) three or four times so far - on the television via Apple TV. (We have watched episodes 1,2,3 without a problem.)
Every time, Netflix loading quits before it begins and returns us to the main Apple TV page. We tried on the iPad and again, Netflix crashes and "Strange Mercies" never loads.
OTHER episodes seem to be just fine.
