Not Loading

I have to refresh AT LEAST 4 times and most times I have to log in multiple times. I spend around 10-15 minutes checking my balances when it used to take less than a minute. Why is this?
I tired different browsers and internet connections. It's not my computer, any other website, including other banking sites and youtube, load faster and don't need refreshing.
