Pretty much happens every Friday evening/Saturday morning. If there is a maintenance schedule post the goddamn thing online. Why let your customers login but then later not let them do anything. I try to schedule all my payments one Friday over the weekend (around the beginning of the month). But Citi is one site I always have to come back to during the week to pay.
