Same here...since January. They tell me to just create a new account each of the 4 dozen or more times I've contacted them, rather than have them fixt THEIR problem. I have multiple saved items in my cart, wish list, and records of about 15 yrs. of purchases on my account. Walmart sucks. I hope they go belly-up in my lifetime. It would be a happy day for me.
