That is what has been happening with me since January. They simply do not care. It is unfathomable to me that, in this day and age, a company would treat their customers like this. I, personally, think that they feel they are too big to care about people like us because they have such a large customer base who are 'happy'. It is shameful how they treat the very people who have made them as large as they are today. It's all gone to their head and they do not have any heart left.
