can't print labels

usps.com has been reachable but slow, it will NOT however go to https://www.usps.com/shipping/label.htm to print a label nor will it open the page https://reg.usps.com/entreg/LoginAction_input?app=GSS&appURL=https%3A%2F%2Fcns.usps.com%2Fgo%2FSecure%2FLabelInformationAction%21input.action which is my bookmark to log in.
Errror from firefox: The server at reg.usps.com is taking too long to respond.
