Have been trying to sign up for online account access for a few days now and every time I am met by this message.  Reached out to them via Facebook and was simply told to clear my cache and cookies.  Did this on two different browsers and still no luck. Then they told me to call their support line.  It seems silly to have to call a support line when so many people are having the same issue.  Why don't they just fix things on their end?
