Having trouble playing title

No matter what I try to watch on my samsung bluray I get a "were having trouble playing this title right now." message. I am getting very aggravated because first my sony bluray couldn't connect to netflix so I bought a new samsung bluray and Netflix still doesnt work. It's been weeks since I could actually use netflix now.
