Can't login it keeps saying there's a general error

I have been trying to access my Sears Citibank account to check my account since last night 4/8/2014 but every time I try to logon with my username & password it says Genereal error "We've had a problem processing your request" and as of today 4/9/2014 it still isn't working. :(
