Hey everybody - like a lot of people posting here I haven't been able to log in to pay my citi credit card bill. I kept getting the "We are unable to process your request at this time" message. FINALLY today it occurred to me to try to log in through the "Banking" link, even though I don't have any sort of savings or checking account with Citi. I used the same username and password as for my credit card online account access, and it let me log in and I was able to make a payment.
