Called the customer service number to inquire if their system was down and spend half an hour with the rep on the phone. I understand he’s in the general customer service department and not the tech support, but still, I'm astonished these reps are not being informed of the down system in order to better respond to incoming calls. I appreciated his effort, and he eventually transfer me to the 'tech department' where I got an automated message saying the system is too busy and to try calling again later. What an incompetent business model…
