I had the same problem for about a week now. I've ordered from Walmart.com with Firefox countless times, and all of a sudden this week it stopped working. After trying to get from my cart to checkout, it would say "updating" and wouldn't stop. Even though I had the latest version of Firefox, I just went to the website and got another copy. Now it works! So hopefully this is a solution for all the other Firefox-ers out there.
Victoria, luckily I've had an ok experience shipping things home to Maui, but as far as Walmart's PR, I haven't heard any good things. The company's service has created an image that definitely doesn't embody kokua.
