I tried to make a purchase and i was told that my card was decline and I have over a grand in my account it also will not allow me to call the 1-800 number found on the back of the card its telling me that the system is down and will not be available until Sunday morning because of this does that mean that I am NOT allowed to make any purchases until Sunday morning as well
