Tracking site unavailable

Last information posted was last Thursday, Feb 6, 2014 @ 10:45pm, scheduled for delivery between 9am - 1pm on Friday, Feb 6th. It later stated still in Portland but delivery date was no longer available. 1 hour ago the entire tracking site was unavailable. It's now back to reporting the delivery is still in Portland and no date scheduled for delivery.
This is more than a tracking web site error affecting the consumers, it's obviously affecting their ability to distribute and transport. I'm less than 5 houirs north of Portland so it wasn't just a slight adverse weather problem or the package would have been here today.
