login and cart not working

Can't login and when I click on checkout, it throws me to a search page that is all garbage on left side of screen. Been going on since 11/10/2013 and morning of 11/11/2013. Husbands laptop also does the same thing. Called in twice, told they were "updating"! For 24 hours? Black firday is comming. Don't have time for this!
