All, using Crome or a browser other than IE may or may not correct your issue. The issue with the site is the certificates they are using. Here is what to do to get in using IE 9.
1. Open IE.
2. From the tool bar go to tools then internet options.
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Scroll all the way down to security. Select USE SSL 3.0 and TSL 1.0
5. Restart IE and Wa La.
