By the way, the way to bypass EDD's "we can't help you with this issue, contact BofA" nonsense on their comment page (https://askedd.edd.ca.gov/asp/frmEDDCOMM.aspx) is to select the following:
1. "Select a Category" - Unemployment Benefits
2. "Select a Subcategory" - Other
3. "Select a Topic" - Suggestions, Complaints, or Comments
4. Click continue button.
